"A warm smile is the universal language of kindness” W. Ward
The Vision: To become a skilled and compassionate nurse who brings calm, clarity, and clinical excellence to every encounter. I envision a career grounded in critical care and cardiac nursing, where I can combine precise technical skill with a deep respect for each patient’s individuality and dignity.

Mission
My mission is to grow into a knowledgeable, confident nurse who provides safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care that honors the whole person. I aim to bring fairness and justice to every encounter, recognizing that each patient deserves attentive care of body, mind, and spirit. I will keep learning, reflecting, and refining my practice to support patients and families through their most vulnerable moments. Through teamwork, clear communication, and accountability, I hope to contribute to a culture of trust and excellence in healthcare.
Experience in Long term Care as a CNA
I learned invaluable and important skills working as a CNA in long term care. I worked with hospice patients, COVID and C. diff cases, individuals living with HIV, memory care residents, and patients with diverse needs such as ostomies, paralysis, pressure injuries, and stroke recovery. Although my role was focused on essential daily care, it gave me invaluable insight into the realities of patient vulnerability and resilience.
Experience as a small business owner
For over a decade I operated the business end of a small construction firm. Refined my skills of professional communication. Working with diverse multidisciplinary teams, my responsibilities included project management from conception to final inspection.
Experience as paralegal
Interviewing witnesses, clients, and accurately relaying information, feels alot like MyChart messages and patient advices lines. Research skills and good documentation are also important in the legal world.
